The past

The beginning of valve manufacture in the region is dated 1885 when two businessmen Julius Dango and Otto Dienenthal decided to establish a subsidiary of the German company SIEGENN which was occupied with the valve production from 1865. Own company history started in 1890 when a local businessman Jan Holuscha founded a company on which base the contemporary company was established and which ranks among the leading world manufacturer of industrial valves.   

 

 

 

• 1890 - company Holuscha - a plant for wood and round timber processing
• 1910 - implementation of blacksmith shop and foundry
• 1915 - implementation of locksmithery
• 1920 - construction of engineering shop, steam pump production
• 1923 - implementation of radiator, story heating system and boiler production
• 1939 - conversion to war program production
• 1947 - implementation of industrial valve production
• 1955 - construction of new manufacturing shops
• 1975 - implementation of valve production for nuclear power engineering
• 1979 - incorporation into SIGMA concern with the headquarters in Olomouc
• 1983 - implementation of industrial pump production
• 1992 - state-owned company privatization - MSA, a.s. Dolní Benešov
• 1995 - certification according to API and ISO 9001
• 2000 - termination of industrial pump production
• 2006 - MSA, a.s. became a member of CHTPZ group
