Quality
Industrial valves produced by MSA, a.s. are applied around the whole world. Their high reliability allows the usage in extreme conditions and provides non-problematic operation with minimal requirements for maintenance for many years.
Certification
Valve quality is based upon the certification of quality, product and personnel systems as well as certification of selected procedures. MSA, a.s. owns certification systems according to EN ISO 9001:2000 and API Spec. Q1 Specification 6D (no. 0239). Beside that it also owns the whole range of certificates that have arisen from the customer's requirements in dependence on individual states and territories where MSA exports its products and that corresponds with national and foreign legislation including the directives of European Union.
Kaizen
The methods of a philosophy Kaizen has been gradually realized at MSA, a.s since January 2008. It regards to an elaborated system of small but continual improvements in all areas of company process. Such approach requires the involvement of all employees into the identification and elimination process of activities not adding any value. Kaizen offers with its small but continual improvements a possibility how to be flexible and adaptive in the incessantly changing conditions of company in order to be a leading and respected supplier of satisfied customer.
Environment protection
Within the range of integrated quality system for environment protection, the inspection of environment protection has been executed in accordance with EN ISO 14001. Such analysis together with the verification according to International Safety Standards will form a part of integrated quality system and covers standard requirements of ISO and API.
