Valve service
The service of MSA, a.s. is provided by Valve Service Department MSA, a.s. within the guarantee service as well as for the whole period of product service life in order to ensure maximal customer’s satisfaction.
guarante period:
• technical supervision at assembly and implementation of product into operation
• additional valve modifications according to customers' requirements
• customer sales returns and complaints
post - guarantee period:
• revision, maintenance, assembly, modifications - valve repairs and setting at customer's
• valve repairs and settings in the company shops
• performance of defectoscopy and leakage testing of repaired valves
• supply of spare parts
• technical assistance (even for potential customers)
• trainings and instructing to product operation and maintenance
VALVE SERVICE MSA, a.s. also offers possible valve general overhauls either in the company plant or directly at customers´, and it provides valve service of other manufacturers as well.
