Change of Owner of MSA, a.s.

Dear Business Partners,

Please be advised that the following changes have occurred in the company MSA, a.s.

The participation of the existing shareholder in MSA, a.s., has ceased, and the new owner of MSA, a.s. is exclusively RKL HOLDING a.s., ID No. 087 82 407, with its registered office at Přerovecká 304/2a, Suché Lazce, 747 95 Opava, registered in the Commercial Register maintained by the Regional Court in Ostrava, Section B, File 11186.

RKL HOLDING a.s. is thus the sole shareholder of MSA, a.s., ID No. 451 92 278, with its registered office at Hlučínská 641, 747 22 Dolní Benešov.

With this step, we are successfully starting a new era for MSA, a.s., which is now fully controlled by a Czech entity with a long business history and a good reputation.

We look forward to further cooperation with you.
