Change of ownership of MSA

With effect from 3 March 2022, the beneficial owner of MSA, a.s. has changed.
The share transfer documents of TMK STEEL HOLDING LIMITED dated 3 March 2022 and delivered to MSA, a.s. on 14 March 2022 show that TMK STEEL HOLDING LIMITED, of which MSA, a.s. is a part, has six owners as of 3 March 2022. None of the owners is a person subject to any EU sanctions in connection with the Russian-Ukrainian conflict.
From the foregoing, it follows without doubt that the owner of MSA, a.s. is no longer Mr. Dmitry Pumpyansky.
Our company, in cooperation with TMK Group, is currently addressing the issue of registration of changes in the Commercial Register of TMK, which will be the basis for registration of changes in the Register of Beneficial Owners of MSA, a.s.
We would like to point out that if Mr. Pumpyansky is presented as the beneficial owner of MSA, a.s., it will be an intention to present false information that is in direct contradiction with the actual situation.
